MARC---> No, but I know the place. How can I help you ?
FRANC--> Can you tell me the way to the toilets, please?
MARC---> Yes of course. Go straight ahead this way and then turn left.
FRANC--> Are there stairs?
MARC---> No, you haven't got to rise any stairs, it's in this floor.
FRANC--> Ok thanks.
